Those companies are not winning because the work is better. They are winning because the profile looks more trusted.

Rating and recent volume are the two things a customer scans before choosing. Both come down to how consistently anyone asks.

Straight answer

We are new. So we go first.

No wall of testimonials yet. Here are three things harder to fake.

The research, not our opinion

Every number here is BrightLocal's 2026 survey of 1,002 US consumers. Published and checkable.

The system, running live

We screen share the real thing on your profile. No slide deck, no recorded demo.

Watch it run

We take the risk, not you

Two weeks running on your real customers before we invoice anything. Confidence looks like going first.

Founding client

$297 a month, locked for as long as you stay.

Founding accounts get built by hand and keep their rate permanently, including after the price moves.

The real problem

You do not have a review problem. You have a remembering problem.

A visibility problem wearing a quality problem's clothes.

You forget to ask

You are onto the next customer before the last one is out the door.

Your team forgets to ask

The cards, the sign, the reminder in the group chat. It works for two weeks.

The customer forgets too

They meant to. They told a friend how good you were. Then Tuesday happened.

Why us

Six things the cheap review tools do not do.

1

We go backward through the customers you already served

2

A team runs it, so you never log into anything

3

Replies written fresh, because half of buyers reject canned ones

4

Five star reviews repost to your Facebook and Instagram

5

Every customer asked the same way, so your profile stays safe

6

A completed job is the only trigger your team ever touches

The whole system

Three messages. Not thirty automations.

The first one asks for nothing. That is why the other two work.

Northside DentalToday
1. The check in
Hey Sarah, this is Mike from Northside Dental. Just checking in to make sure everything feels good after your visit today.
All good, thanks Mike!
2. The ask, 2 hours later
Thanks again for coming in, Sarah. If you have 30 seconds, would you mind sharing your experience in a quick Google review? It helps other customers know they can trust us.
3. The nudge, day 3
Just a quick follow up. If you haven't had a chance yet, we'd really appreciate a quick Google review.
1

A check in, with no ask in it

No link, no favor. And if something was not right, you hear it tonight instead of reading it Friday.

2

The request, to every single customer

Same message, same link, no matter what they said first. That is what keeps you clear of review gating, which Google now penalizes.

3

One nudge, only if they never clicked

The system checks first, so nobody is bothered twice. Almost everyone skips this one. It brings in the most reviews.

Both first names appear, so it reads like Mike texted Sarah, not a business texting a list.

Then every review gets answered in about 10 minutes

Written fresh, never templated. Google favors profiles that respond, and so do customers scrolling listings.

The fast start

You are sitting on a gold mine you forgot you owned.

Every old invoice is a review nobody asked for.

500
past customers, pulled from your booking system, invoices, or QuickBooks
8 to 15%
typical response, dripped 2 or 3 every 20 minutes during business hours
40 to 75
new reviews in the first few weeks, on top of whatever new customers bring in

Your number scales with your list. A range, not a promise, since it depends on how many customers you have and how recently you served them. We drip deliberately, because 500 requests fired at once looks unnatural to Google and returns far less.

6%45%

ChatGPT reads your reviews before it recommends you.

These tools have no opinion about you. They read your reviews and repeat them.

Questions

The ones owners actually ask.

What is the catch on the 14 days?

We take a card so billing is automatic if you stay, and we do not charge it until day 14. Describing this is slower than showing it, so we switch it on today and let your own customers settle the argument.

Is this against Google policy?

No. Google prohibits asking only the customers you expect to praise you. Every job gets the same message and the same link. Your office just hears about problems fast enough to fix them.

Will this annoy my customers?

One message, two reminders, then it stops. Reply STOP and they are removed for good. It comes from your number and names the tech they just met.

What does my team have to do?

Close out customers the way they already do. No app, no dashboard, no script.

We already use a booking system. Does this replace it?

It sits on top. We read the completed job signal out of it. Most booking, scheduling, and invoicing systems work the same way, including a plain shared sheet.

How fast does the rating move?

Volume moves in the first two weeks. The average rating takes longer, since it has to outweigh what is already there. We run that math on your profile during the call.

What is the review reactivation, exactly?

You export a customer list, we run a paced campaign across it. Fastest way to move a profile, because the goodwill is already there. Small batches daily, never all at once.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time, and everything you collect stays yours.

What happens to a bad review that is already up?

We draft a reply and flag anything that breaks Google's content rules so you can request removal. Nobody deletes a legitimate review, us included. New volume pushes old ones down.

Two weeks free. Then it is your call.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. We pull up your Google profile, show you exactly where you sit against the top three in your area, and start the build the same week if it makes sense.

Turn it on free No contract. Cancel any time. If it is not a fit we will tell you on the call.
